What kind of courses do you offer?

I create transformational courses focused on healing, radical accountability, and authentic connections. My current course, Authentic Connections: Transforming Judgment into Compassion, helps self-aware adults release judgment and step into compassion and freedom.
Who are these courses for?

My courses are designed for spiritually-minded, emotionally intelligent individuals who have already done some inner work (therapy, self-help, retreats) but still feel stuck in recurring emotional patterns
Do I need prior experience?

No prior experience is required — just openness and a willingness to reflect. Everything is taught step by step.

How do I enroll in a course?

Simply click the “Enroll” or “Sign Up” button on the course page. You’ll be guided through a secure checkout process.
When does my course start and finish?

Courses are self-paced — you decide when to start and when to finish. Some programs may include live components, which will be clearly noted.
How long do I have access to the course?

Once enrolled, you’ll have lifetime access (including any future updates), unless otherwise specified.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with major credit/debit cards. Depending on the course, payment plans may be available.
How is pricing for the courses determined?

My courses are designed to meet you where you are in your journey, and pricing reflects the level of guidance and support included: Free Courses → These are meant to give you valuable tools and insights right away, often with added bonuses or resources you can use immediately. Courses under $100 → You’ll receive all the core lessons and self-reflection exercises. These are completely self-paced and do not include direct feedback from me on journal prompts. Courses $200 and above → Along with the lessons, you’ll receive personalized feedback from me on your journal prompts and reflections, so you can go deeper with clarity and accountability. Courses $300 and above → These programs include live group sessions, where we meet together to explore course topics in real time and you receive direct guidance on applying what you’re learning. This way, you can choose the level of support that feels right for you — from self-paced learning to hands-on coaching and live guidance.

Do I need any special software?

No special software is required. All you need is an internet connection and a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page to reset your credentials. If issues persist, contact me directly.
The videos aren’t loading — what should I do?

Try refreshing your browser, clearing cache, or switching devices. If you still have trouble, reach out to support (see below).

Is there a community with the course?

Many courses include opportunities for group connection, coaching, or private community spaces. Details are included in the course description.
